Help youth understand their strengths, potential barriers, how they work best and prefer to
interact. Our program can help individuals deepen their self-awareness and develop their academic skills and personal behavior techniques that minimize surface behaviors — helping them become more effective in the classroom and beyond. We specialize in helping students who continue to demonstrate challenging behaviors within the classroom that leads to non-academic success and unproductive outcomes within school culture.
More importantly, our approaches are founded on evidence based-strategies, best practices and established benchmarks. Using such methodologies as scaffolding of information, modeling, cooperative learning and technology-enhanced instruction—all of which aligns our delivery of common core standards with socio-emotional learning, academic development and support for our students. We understand environmental factors and its impact on socio-emotional learning. Our focus is driven on the how and why of learning over just standard academic difficulty.

The goal of our program is to build a successful relationships with parent, teacher, student and school community in an effort to establish and create a Academic Development Plan. Our job is to create a productive course of action that will modify challenging behavior, strengthen academic ability and achieve targeted outcomes. Specialist, work with each youth to identify academic barriers, challenging behaviors and provide direct development that promote success for students, teachers and the school community.
